In line with the Real Estate key business area under the implementation of PKNPk's Transformation Roadmap, MHB has developed a "Live in Nature" housing concept, providing affordable homes for the people of Perak. This project is one of the state government's key initiatives under the Pelan Perak Sejahtera 2030 aligned with the aspirations of the Flagship 2 Perumahan Sejahtera.
