Koridor Utiliti Darul Ridzuan Sdn Bhd (KUDR) was established through the initiative of the Perak State Government to create a Coordinating Agency within the utility infrastructure installation industry. The main objective of KUDR's establishment is to collect and develop a comprehensive state utility database through its role as a One Stop Agency (OSA) that coordinates procedures for development entry applications, maintenance and utility diversion works on existing roads (Brownfield) and new roads (Greenfield), starting from the approval stage of right-of-way (wayleave) applications up to the refund of security deposits.

KUDR was given mandate by the Perak State Government to serve as the State's OSA responsible for coordinating procedures for development entry applications, maintenance and utility diversion works on existing and new roads, covering the entire process from right-of-way (wayleave) application approval to the refund of security deposits, including the preparation of UDM (Underground Detection Mapping), TMP (Temporary Mapping Plan) and As-Built Plans.
